Ok..I know..my pictures suck. I'll get a better camera one day..I swear. But really..you are LUCKY that there was even a picture..b/c as soon as I make this stuff I eat it. As in I won't eat traditional meals b/c breakfast, lunch, or dinner I'll just sit at the table, couch, computer desk, bed (yikes) and shovel this stuff down my gullet. Apple Berry Salsa. 4 Granny Smith apples-peeled 1lb (2 cups) strawberries 2 kiwis 4 T Brown sugar 4 T Apple Jelly. That's it...throw it in the food processor and blitz away. THEN..the chips..which in my opinion are JUST as important as the salsa. Option A- Buy some flour tortillas and butter flavored spray. Spray the tortilla and sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar (mixed together)-then bake at 300 until crunchy. Option B- Buy a bag of tortilla chips, spray with butter flavored spray, sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar, then bake at 300 until you can smell the cinnamon. The chips are totally dependent on how much effort you want to put into it. In the past 2 weeks I've made this salsa 3 times. The first time I spritzed up some Scoops. Then when I ran out of Scoops I made my own chips out of tortillas I had in the fridge, then when I ran out of salsa I made more and had to get some more chips. And I have tortillas in the fridge for backup.
